Do credits expire?+

No. Credits sit on your account until you use them. There's no monthly minimum and no inactivity fee.

What counts as one message?+

One 160-character GSM segment (70 characters for Unicode). Longer texts use multiple segments — the composer and API both show the segment count before you send.

How do volume discounts work?+

Discounts are applied automatically by calendar month: 8% off past 50k messages, 15% past 250k, 25% past 1M. No negotiation, no contract.

Am I charged for failed messages?+

No. If the carrier reports a message as undelivered, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Can I get invoicing and a contract for enterprise volume?+
